I started as a seller, packing and shipping my own parcels, dealing with the late nights, unreliable couriers, and the constant stress of getting products to customers on time. I know the hustle because I lived it.
That’s why I built Lincha Express — to make logistics easier, faster, and more human. My goal is simple: help sellers win, help families move with ease, and give people the power of reliable transport.
I believe in three things:

With a background in logistics and a passion for efficiency, Remy focuses on building systems that scale. From parcel routes to event transport, he ensures Lincha delivers not just speed, but reliability.
Remy believes in empowering the team, backing sellers, and driving Lincha toward its next stage of growth. His motto: “Execution wins the game.”

Ihsan is the people builder of Lincha. He makes sure we bring in the right drivers, dispatchers, and team members who share the same hustle and loyalty that fuel our movement.
With an eye for talent and a heart for community, Ihsan’s role goes beyond hiring — he creates a culture where everyone feels part of the Lincha family. From onboarding new drivers to supporting the crew on the ground, he’s the bridge between the vision and the people who make it happen.
